Our mission is to be a community of grace empowered by the love of Christ. This grace that we choose to accept and extend is founded in the principles of gratitude, relationship, acceptance, commitment and encouragement. Our vision is to be a beacon of grace in the Northwest Arkansas Community and to share that foundation with everyone we are able.
WHAT WE DO
Our Sunday Traditional Services are at 8:45 AM and 11:00 AM. Our Sunday Contemporary Worship Service is at 10:45 AM. We offer Sunday School classes for all ages at 9:45 AM, and always have hot coffee and donuts for you to enjoy. We like to say that we are a middle-sized church, small enough that you’ll get to know everyone easily, large enough to have the programs and support you want for yourself or your family. Sequoyah is an active church, with many opportunities for fellowship, learning, and service.
Come, join us.
People who come to Sequoyah all say the same thing; it just feels good to be here. We want to welcome you to the church that we call home, and a place where all are welcome to join. Sequoyah United Methodist Church serves families from all across Northwest Arkansas and would like to extend a personal invitation to you.
FIND YOUR PLACE
We offer opportunities for everyone in our church to connect to a ministry. From Infancy through adulthood, there is a class or a connection point for you. To find out more about each of our ministries, find the one that interests you and read more about it.
WHAT PEOPLE SAY
This church is one of the most welcoming places I have been to. The people are friendly, and you can tell everyone truly knows and cares for each other.
Pastor Sara is a jewel and I am always so thankful for the words that she preaches on Sunday mornings.
Getting involved was the best decision I have ever made. I have learned over and over again that saying yes at this church is a choice I won't regret.
